TERMS AND CONDITIONS

At Envision Hair, we are committed to ensuring you are delighted with your service. However, if you are not satisfied with the result, you have 7 days from the date of your appointment to contact us for a service adjustment. Please note this excludes changes of mind.

DEPOSITS

  • A $100 deposit is required for Colour Corrections.

  • Bridal, wedding party, and extension bookings require a 50% deposit.

  • All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to your final service price.

48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

A cancellation fee of 50% of the service value will apply for appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or for failure to attend.

To ensure fairness to our clients and team, appointments canceled or changed without sufficient notice impact both our schedule and other clients.

  • To avoid a cancellation fee, we require at least 24 to 48 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Credit card details may be required to secure your booking and are stored securely for your protection.

LATE POLICY

Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late to their appointment may need to rebook and will incur a cancellation fee.

While we understand that life happens, arriving late impacts our schedule and other clients. Please plan ahead to arrive on time.

DAMAGED GOODS

Envision Hair takes no responsibility for damage to personal items during your visit. We recommend wearing clothing that allows for a comfortable and risk-free service experience.
